My disposal just hums. What should I do?
Turn it off right away - running a jammed disposal can burn out the motor. Many units have a hex socket on the bottom for freeing jams. If that doesn't work, call us.
Why won't my disposal turn on?
Try the red reset button on the bottom of the unit first. If it still won't run, the switch, wiring or motor may need attention.
